BOOK DESCRIPTION

Often, because of our wounded self-image, we are strongly identified as deficient and inadequate. This negative sense of self fills us with fear and anxiety, causing us to repeat painful patterns in our intimate relationships. It sabotages our creativity, forcing us into unhealthy addictions and/or making us depressed and ill.

In Stepping Out of Fear, Krishnananda with his partner, Amana, present a simple method for learning how to step out of our identification with this wounded self-image and in so doing, break out of our negative patterns and suffering. The book is simple and personal with the authors sharing how they have worked with this method in their own lives and with people in their seminars. Each chapter also ends with helpful exercises so that the reader can apply the work practically to his or her own life.
