Shirlaine is enthusiastically involved with projects that promote active and healthy lifestyles in the community and schools. She regularly participates in golf, soccer, badminton, basketball, and inline skating. Shirlaine currently resides in sunny Singapore.

Edgar K. Tham, MS, CSC, RPsych, is Singapore’s pioneer sport and exercise psychologist who specializes in behavior change strategies and success coaching. Based in Singapore, he was formerly head of sport psychology at the Singapore Sports Council and founding head and Deputy Director of the School of Sports, Health & Leisure of Republic Polytechnic. He is listed in the International Who’s Who of Professionals (2000) and a popular seminar speaker and lecturer of sport and exercise psychology and coaching courses in Asia.
