Retribution

Retribution is a suspenseful tale set in the borough of New York City, involving a gruesome killing spree of eight men who, as childhood friends in Williamsburg, Brooklyn named themselves ''The Kings.'' The volatile plot focuses on the brutality of the murders and Detective Sergeant Michael Priory's NYPD team investigation. The tale weaves the narrative of the killer and the task squad intent on capturing him, and concludes with a breathtaking ''aha!'' moment that rewards the reader.

Richard A. Yacenda lives in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife. They have three children and four grandchildren. A native New Yorker born in Brooklyn, Yates was President and CEO of a highly successful New York City advertising agency. He is a graduate of the City College of New York and a veteran of the United States Navy. Retribution is his first novel.
